Legal & Compliance

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your data and being transparent about how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.

01

Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways — what you provide directly, what we collect automatically, and what we receive from third parties.

You Provide

  • Name & email address
  • Wallet addresses
  • KYC / identity docs
  • Support messages

Automatic

  • IP address & location
  • Browser & device info
  • On-chain activity
  • Session & log data

Third Parties

  • KYC verification results
  • Blockchain analytics
  • Fraud-detection signals
  • Partner integrations
We only collect the data we genuinely need to operate, secure, and improve our platform. You may request a full export of your data at any time.
02

How We Use Your Information

  • Service delivery — to process staking transactions, calculate rewards, and maintain your account.
  • Security & fraud prevention — to detect suspicious activity, verify identities, and protect platform integrity.
  • Legal compliance — to satisfy regulatory obligations, respond to lawful requests, and maintain audit trails.
  • Platform improvement — to analyse usage patterns and optimise features, performance, and user experience.
  • Communications — to send transactional alerts, product updates, and (with your consent) promotional messages. You may opt out at any time.
03

Sharing Your Information

We never sell or rent your personal data to advertisers or data brokers — ever.
3.1 Service providers — trusted vendors (KYC processors, cloud infrastructure, analytics) under strict data-processing agreements that prohibit independent use of your data.
3.2 Validators & protocol partners — only the minimum data required to execute staking operations on supported blockchains.
3.3 Legal & regulatory authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
3.4 Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale; users will be notified prior to any such transfer.
04

Data Retention

5 yrs

KYC Records

Retained to satisfy AML/KYC regulatory requirements, or longer if mandated.

Blockchain Data

On-chain activity is public and immutable; it cannot be deleted from the blockchain.

30 days

Cookies & Sessions

Session tokens and non-essential cookies expire within 30 days of your last activity.

05

Security Measures

We apply multiple layers of security to protect your data at rest and in transit.

  • AES-256 encryption for all sensitive data stored on our infrastructure.
  • TLS 1.3 enforced on all data in transit between your browser and our servers.
  • Multi-factor authentication available for all user accounts and mandatory for administrative access.
  • Periodic penetration testing and third-party security audits conducted at least annually.
  • 24/7 anomaly monitoring with automated alerts for unusual access patterns or data exfiltration attempts.
No system is 100% secure. While we make every effort to protect your data, use of the platform is at your own risk.
06

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access

Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.

Correction

Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

Deletion

Request erasure of your data (subject to legal obligations).

Objection

Object to processing of your data for direct marketing.

Portability

Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Withdraw Consent

Revoke previously given consent at any time.

07

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how you use the platform.

7.1 Essential cookies — required for authentication and basic platform functionality. These cannot be disabled.
7.2 Analytics cookies — help us understand page performance and user behaviour in aggregate, anonymised form.
7.3 Preference cookies — remember your settings such as language, theme, or notification preferences.
7.4 You may manage or disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings at any time. Note that doing so may affect platform functionality.
08

Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, or our business practices.

8.1 Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent in-platform notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
8.2 Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
8.3 If you do not agree to any changes, you may close your account before the revised policy takes effect.
